The 30-day "see the truth" guarantee
Buy a kit or subscribe. Run the full audit within 30 days. If it doesn't show you exactly where your brand stands in AI answers — and exactly what to fix — email support@citesight.com and we'll refund 100% of your purchase (for subscriptions: the current billing period). No questions, no forms, no exit interviews, no "processing fees."
How to request a refund
- Email support@citesight.com from the address you purchased with (or include your order number).
- Say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
After a refund
Your license ends and you agree to stop using and delete the files. (We're trusting you. It works.)
What's not covered
- Requests after 30 days from purchase.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — we'll always refund voluntarily within the window, so talk to us; it's faster for everyone.
Why we can offer this
